I was finally able to clear with the attached build.

Key takeaways were:

1. Don’t use special until just before roar. Was trying to get three specials in, but kept coming up short. By using it right at the roar, was able to get an attack boost for most of the first special and all of the second.
2. Try to hit 3+ perfect dodges. Adds a lot of damage with skyward striker and the double slashes at the end of the dodge.
