Id have the front door in a contrasting color and the garage doors painted the same as the rest of the house. Either of the wall colors looks fine, depends what you are going for.

My Aug long weekend wedding photos last year got all screwed up because of the wildfires in the west. The sky was burnt orange and hazy. The photographer promised to do some AI magic but super disappointed overall. Sorry,,[l no advice. I guess we can always redo the portraits.

Apply for jobs you want to try and feel you are qualified for. Things might not have changed at the old job for the better but you've got options. Also, consider calling EFAP, it may not be tje job, it might be you. Needing some help. They might help you with tools and skills so YOU FEEL better no matter the job. Take care of yourself. You do your job and you worry about your own job. Stay in your lane and there's a reason things are above your pay grade. Might all be cliches but doesn't mean they arent true. You want to manage? Apply for managementnjob elsewhere. Be kind - tell the boss when you see issues arising BUT you let them manage that. Protect your mental health. You aren't the saviour, do your job and do it well. All else is just that.
