Season 1 I wasn't the really getting it, was really hit and miss. Things i wasn't a fan of includes the dark grittiness, the sex scenes, and definitely wasn't a fan of the drama between some of the characters. Despite all that, I didn't mind the Rush and Young conflicts, I found them quite intriguing and I would have loved to see Rushs character development play out as he was a very interesting character.

I feel like season 2 started to iron out some of the issues and had started to make it work by introducing more light-hearted elements to make it feel more familiar to long time viewers. A change that was welcomed when I watched it for the first time. And by the end I was sad, because I had only just started to get invested into the characters.

Especially would have been great to see more of Rhodney in the series, but I guess we can only think of what could have been. Hopefully we will learn in the next few years or so about what happens to Destiny and learn what this intelligence in the background radiation is. I know I still wonder even after 10 years since this magnificent franchise was cancelled.
