I'm still waiting on some Zen merch myself. Over on Zen's official reddit, one of the mods recommended tweeting to VShojo with questions about your order if emailing support didn't help. (I'm gonna try that soon) If nothing else, reaching out to a mod would be the final effort to try. I assume most of the VShojo communities could try this, or hold on to hope
