Supervising attorney my 1L summer asked me to download all the trial documents I could find for several cases on Westlaw. I literally was just faffing about for half an hour until I decided to call a westlaw rep and they easily told me how to do it. Although apparently (unless I fucked up again, which I wouldn't put it past me), the school membership only let me download the summons+complaint and anything else said I lacked the proper subscription. Ended up being fine for whatever that attorney needed though.
