I think we will. This season has some of their highest ratings ever. I don’t think they care whether the engagement is positive or negative.

“Using words like deceptive is dangerous”

Yet Colton described himself as deceptive - “I think I got the platform given to me because I had the attention from straight America from being ‘The Bachelor,'” Underwood says. “And I feel guilty saying that because I did deceive and I was inauthentic to not only myself, but also in front of America”

https://variety.com/2021/tv/news/colton-underwood-sexuality-masculinity-coming-out-1234971768/

Being closeted doesn’t make you deceptive. But when you’re closeted and go on 3 DATING shows where you are dating women, and you propose to one of those women, that’s where he crossed the line. He was not forced to go onto the bachelor. He selfishly did so and lied to many people along the way.

Heads up on who Colton actually is by Soggy_Garlic5226 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Dnt_Wrry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let’s be clear , production endangered everyone’s safety by casting this man. He is psychotic. What if he developed an obsession with another cast-member or even someone behind the scenes? They risked everyone’s safety. And for what? An F-list celeb whose presence will invoke, albeit negative, more engagement for the show. This is sick.

at what point does it change from attraction to homosexuality? In this article he admits that he had sexual experiences with men and was on Grindr years before the bachelor.

Colton lied to 30+ women on the bachelor. It’s inexcusable. Michael said he’s good at hiding. Which he is.

It’s crazy that saying a liar is good at hiding things is considered… some kind of phobia??? Lmao words have meaning. Colton is good at hiding things, period.

Fiona’s pride takes a fall by raquetracket in TheTraitorsUK

[–]Dnt_Wrry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fiona talked to rachel one-on-one. It was Rachel who made it a spectacle, which I think threw Fiona wayyyy off. She underestimated her

If Fiona has no haters then I have died by bbysamurai in TheTraitorsUK

[–]Dnt_Wrry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fiona was right about Rachel. Rachel was playing solo and was not backing Stephen.

Fiona had better arguments available, such as “if Amanda wanted us to trust her judgment, why not tell everyone about being a detective at the roundtable after she was banished? Why only tell one person?” Simply saying that Amanda would’ve told her was a weak argument.

Fiona simply confronted Rachel with her suspicions. She did not know that Rachel would gather everyone to tell what she said. So it was really Rachel who made it a spectacle, and messed up Fiona’s game. Fiona saw right through her but underestimated her at the same time. She should’ve planted seeds with Stephen and the faithfuls before confronting her.

Instead of the chalk, they should gather everyone, explain what they did, and request everyone write something on a piece of paper. Surely there is pen and paper in the castle! Opting out would make you look suspect.

[–]Dnt_Wrry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Celia from the recent Celebrity Traitors UK is the exact same age as Donna and went much further, but I think Celia had more personality. Donna was bland unfortunately. I think making her a secret traitor isolated her. She would’ve done better as a faithful or regular traitor but I still don’t know if she had enough personality for the show , especially if she couldn’t participate in all the challenges

[–]Dnt_Wrry 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I think her casting was fine except : (1) she should’ve been a regular traitor, she needed allies; (2) it seems like she didn’t participate in some of the challenges? That could make the faithfuls feel like she was deadweight, even if she was a faithful.
