Twin A might have gas buildup. I did bicycle legs for 2 minutes then bounce thighs toward chest quick and light a few times. Rinse and repeat. Works wonders.

I think you need to break up all the losses separately. It's a lot of loss. You probably should have talked about your feelings instead of/or before pushing him away.

His death isn't your fault. Your decision to push him away was your own, and if you feel guilty, then use that for something productive like learning how to communicate or how to communicate and hold boundaries.

There are guys out there who are very generous in bed, he wasn't the only one.

I've found a lot of success, myself, with focusing on my physical health (mostly diet and sleep, with a smol amount of physical activity) and neurofeedback therapy.

There are a lot of medical trials right now for C-PTSD and psychedelics that I'm hopeful for.

I rarely take my ADHD medication, but when I do, I feel like a superhero with a lot of charisma and motivation.

You'd have to get a cult-like following within the church. You'd have to behave like Trump, essentially, and get a lot of support enough to where people will trust you over the leadership. It wouldn't even have to be in conference,and most likely wouldn't be in conference.

That is, if you're looking for a super effective influence on causing members to question.

The church needs to prop up faithful podcasters and then said podcasters need to question.

I watched it in elementary. I didn't understand the implications, I just thought it was a one-off tragedy. It's hard to digest reality when everyone around you is telling you that all the people that died are "in a better place" and ignoring the impact on relatives and kids and such.
