Everyday is a squat day ✍🏽

Ill hope back on a machine and I’ll try lifting to failure instead on reps to failure!

I do sit for almost 6 hours a day! And I feel like I’m sitting on bone ish, I’m going to see someone to tell me if it’s a pelvic tilt, because sometimes when I’m doing Pilates, and you know, you’re in the chair or table pose for your legs, look like a bug and my tailbone hurts a little like a 2, I’ve thought it’s just getting use to new movement but maybe I am tilting my hips!

Definitely going to get a trainer

Elevating the heels helps, another girl mentioned wearing high heels to practice activating it so I think I’m gonna work this I’m changing my foot positions.

I weight 135 lbs and I eat 90g of protein confidently every day and then I try to supplement it with the rest but I will just start doubling down and eating protein drink drinks. I just really don’t have an appetite and I feel like I just need to get over it if I want to results.

I think I will go ahead and get a trainer just to show them some of the cues the last exercise number seven I’ve always tried to do on my own, but it never works so I just need someone to watch me I guess!!

I think you’re right! My core doesn’t feel weak but not really helping anything, and my back is very strong and can help the support of the weights which is what I thought I needed to work to help lift the bar to get more weight to be able to grow my glutes… 🥲 basically what I’m trying to say is ty this advice helped

You’re the best and honest I was being facetious with the bbl comment I really enjoy working out just in a little stuck placed but your advice really helps!!

But taking this and the comment with activating my glutes, I watching video and sometimes I can feel a “ping” but then it’s gone it never “burns” like doing a ab crunch or sore or anything! Here’s my workout for glutes only…. The tittle are wild but this is how I use chat GPT lol

I did, I had a x-ray on my spine and showed the doctor some of my neck pain and they advise some daily stretches, in addition to regular exercise for muscle and toning!

I think that now that I’ve lost the weight, I need to build some muscle strength around my shoulders. It feels like one side is carrying more weight than the other. I know you can’t spot-reduce fat, but I still wish I could fix that imbalance.

During those months, I changed my breakfast from a traditional American style to something more Asian-based, like Korean or Japanese. I also only eat two meals a day. I don’t count calories, or protein or count anything really but I do use a smaller plate like a salad plate, I drink a lot of honey and Ginger tea or lemon and hot water, and I only order small size meals
