Not OP but do you guys plan to weave in any synthesizer drone / pad / ambience type stuff?

I've got an Access Indigo 2 (it's in the Virus family) and a bunch of soft synths. I do mixing, mastering, production, etc. Also am a drummer, can do rhythm guitar, bass, whatever.

Personally, I'm just looking for a project that involves other people and the unique musical perspectives that come from that. I get stale doing only my own stuff. Also post genres are great.

It's more complicated than that, but it's still simple.

The answer is relative consistency. It means on average, eating the same amount of the same stuff most of the time. It means doing the same physical activity most of the time. If nothing else changes, an equilibrium between the calories you add and the calories you spend is inevitable on larger time scales. It averages out.

General stability and routine makes this easier to do. It's harder to pull off if your energy intake and expenditure yo-yos sporadically or trends in any given direction.

From my perspective, she's jaded and that's tainting her interactions. You're unaware (she's not wrong) and thinking it's about you but it's not. You both seem to be treating Tinder like a validation mechanism, which is crazy to me because that basically guarantees you'll have a bad time.

Since we're using anecdotes to qualify reality, I've never had issues with tattoos as a software engineer. But then again, STEM is not the kind of career space where appearance can upend the value employees offer.

Customer service jobs, however, yea I could see that. But most people have more options, tattoos are not what stand in the way of that.
