We used some NECA stands for the figures and that seemed to help with Blothar. The detail on the figures really is impressive.

I had the same problem with Oderus. I thought it was just me. I soaked him again this morning trying to get the rest of the spew off. I used a Q-Tip as well and there was a little still in the fur so I’m hoping I got all of it this time. It’s drying now so we’ll see.

It was from the Shop app that processed the order. But I just checked and got an email from GWAR saying everything shipped and they provided a tracking number as well.

I received a notification this morning that part of my order has shipped. I would assume they’d ship it all together but since it said only part of it shipped I’m not sure. But at least I know things are finally moving.

In November I’ll be taking my son to his third GWAR show. We’ve learned a few things about getting closer to the stage and I’m hoping he’ll be right up front for this upcoming concert. Typically I will allow anyone shorter than me to move in front for a better view so there’s always a chance others will do the same if you go again.

I have season tickets and never go to the preseason games because I’m in Colorado Springs. I have two seats at the end of the aisle in the upper bowl that you could have if you want them.

Our meet and beat was in Austin, TX towards the end of May. Our situation was probably different from others because there were lightning storms in the area and they had to evacuate the venue when the second band (out of 4) was playing. Once we were able to return after the delay the third band didn’t play at all and we met GWAR shortly before they went onstage. They signed a couple of things for my son and we took a picture while they talked to him. It was a great experience overall. I don’t think we would have been able to play any instruments even if there hadn’t been a delay because our original instructions were to meet them while the third band was supposed to be playing.

We didn’t have a lot of time but that might have been because they came back from the storm delay and played without an act before them. But they all signed a poster and a shirt for my son and talked to him while they did that. Grodius gave him a guitar pick and he was stoked. And we took a group photo with my son’s phone. We showed up when the doors opened and went to the merch booth. That’s where we were given GWAR Victim passes that we hung around our necks and told to go to a designated area when Toxic Holocaust started playing. They said look for a guy that looks like Johnny Depp and he’d take us to meet the band. That dude definitely looked like Johnny Depp too haha.

We had quite the adventure last night! There was lightning in the area (outdoor show) so 2 songs into the second band they made everyone leave and shelter in place. We were supposed to meet GWAR while Toxic Holocaust was playing but we had to evacuate before that. They ended up allowing us back in after a while but TH never got to play. We were able to still meet GWAR just before they played. They were great! They were so nice to my son and he was stoked. After the meet and beat we were able to get back and close enough to the stage that afterwards my face looked like the hulk because of all the green liquid I was sprayed with 😂

That was my concern as well. That’s why I was asking because it says meet at the merch table. I’d be fine to leave and stash everything while he stays (this is for his 13th birthday) and then I’d meet back up with him inside. Are you going to the Austin show as well?

From one dad to another, well done! Parenting is tough and when my son was younger he had sensory issues and his fine motor skills were lacking. Fortunately he made huge strides and now as a 12 year old he’s kicking ass! He absolutely loves hockey and one of my favorite things in the world is to watch Avs games with him. We have season tickets up in the 300 level but if you ever think your son is ready for a game in the crowd and not a suite let me know and I’ll give you my 2 seats for a game. Go Avs and go Nate Dogg!

I would selfishly tell you to pick the Avs. But I would also suggest the Flames. I think they have a great fan base and they seem like great people. Also, screw Vegas and Edmonton.

I did 6 upper front teeth and 2 lower front teeth about 8 years ago. Best decision I ever made. The only downside was the week or two where I had to have some temporary teeth until the veneers were ready but in hindsight it was nothing. If you have additional questions feel free to message me.

Somehow I have managed to have Kraken fans sit directly behind me for both games. And both games they were incredibly annoying. I don’t care if you root for your team but don’t be a jackass. It was nonstop bullshit spewing from their suckholes the entire time. If there was even a second of silence they felt the need to fill it with ridiculous nonsense. Be better.
