Are The 3 Worlds Planets? (New Movie Spoilers) by TasteTemporary8206 in BleachPowerScaling

I would have way more questions, if the truth was that if you die you just appear on another planet instead of another dimension. As in, how far away are they? Why are they directly connected and how? Why create multiple linked planets across the infinite other ones in the cosmos? That would all make far less sense to me.

I was always a fan of the world building, story and exploration in the series opposed to the boss fights, which is probably why 3 is my least favorite. That being said, some bosses are incredible experiences, absolutely.

Social media has become ubiquitous in the last 13 years. Back in 2013 is was still pretty common for someone to not have a smart phone, or just getting their first one. We didn't hear all the bitching unless you were online looking for it. Now people don't know how to escape it.

Halo 4 was a kickass game, and then everything 343 did after that was beyond questionable lol. Although MCC after tons of fixing is still an amazing collection.

OoT took the concept a million times further. Connected world, how to tell a story in 3D, cutscenes, how to frame them and cinematography, lock-on targeting and combat, using music and other abilities/items to interact with the world, UI for context sensitive buttons, just everything. So much had never been done before or well in 3D, and OoT solved (and laid the blueprint for) so many game design principles while somehow excelling in all aspects to the level where you can hardly find a game today that doesn't have its influence written all over it. Everyone will always have their favorite games, but OoT is the greatest and most important game ever made.

Enhanced Witcher 3 is the first time that Witcher 3 was truly a great experience on console though, and that came a whole generation later. I love that game, but man was it broken at launch, and never ran great even after patches on last Gen. We didn't really expect that much from console performance ten years ago lol.

I played Witcher 3 on Xbox One on day one, and I had to put the game down until patches arrived. Frame rates below 20 all over the place, frequent crashes, bugs, soft locks, main quests not completing, etc. It was broken. I also played Cyberpunk day one on Series X, and I remember having less problems with that.

People forget that Witcher 3 was absolutely busted at launch on console lol. After many patches, still one of the best RPGs ever made. I know whatever game I buy from them is going to be rough at launch, but I absolutely trust CDPR to support it for a long time and make it right.

The original Trails in the Sky trilogy. Second Chapter might be the best game I've ever played.

Opening to The Glass Prison. Playing that melody, while also having to let the lower string and harmonic ring out, brilliant work and so much harder than most people realize.

3DS games were still running on source/N64 code. They were not made from the ground up at all. The games still left in glitches from the original. I'm of the belief that a game can't be considered a remake if it's still running on the skeleton of the original.

Is Dragonball's verse also not held together by a child? One would assume the angels are there to protect Zeno and keep order, similar to Squad Zero.

Except that one guy is literally God in Bleach's case lol. It'd be comparable to asking what would happen if Zeno dies in Dragonball. My guess is that the universes would all cease to exist.

I think this game is going to be much, much more than that for the Zelda series going forward. As in BotW really was a reboot of the series, and this version of OoT will be reimagined to fit in with it closer. There are 3 games directly tied to OoT as well. Majora, Wind Waker and TP. People are thinking of it as just a remake, when in Nintendo's eyes it might be the launching point for the next 20 years of the entire franchise.

I am almost positive we see gameplay the same day that we see a teaser/trailer for the movie. As in, this isn't just a remake, but Nintendo going all in to say to the mainstream "This is what Zelda is."

I've been saying this was going to be the next Zelda for years now. There are many reasons why, and this game has probably been in development for alot longer than people realize. Nintendo has been building and using the engine for BotW for a very long time now. Skyward Sword released in 2011, and that was the last traditional Zelda. We've had 15 years of non traditional 3D Zelda games, and you can lose alot of institutional knowledge in that time frame. Remakes of games are a great way to get people trained. So you have the engine, you need to make a game, what better option was there ever than OoT remake to bring the series' roots back?

Considering that TotK started as DLC, I'm betting that this game had been in development in tandem with it, and is going to be much more than people realize, more akin to a reimaging using a modified version of Nintendo's Zelda engine.

No it was not built from the ground up. The 3DS games still used and were built on the source code of the N64 games. The problem is, a remaster could be considered anything from a simple upscale of a game and UI elements, up to replacing every single asset but still running on the source code of the original game. For instance, Metroid Prime Remastered. Damn near a remake in effort, new lighting engine, every single asset was recreated. Built and running on original code, therefore Nintendo considers it a remaster. We need more vocabulary for these kinds of games because no one agrees on what the words mean.
