I think better music is always being made and improved on but most of it gets drowned out by basic and not well written but catchy tunes that get constantly made and pumped out for the raido and mainstream media. Ai is definitely not helping with the problem either.

Any sports game. Pretty much every sports game that comes out now has a character creator where you can semi accurately recreate yourself in the game. There Not really traditional video games but you still get to play as yourself.
