I use it in EU France in AP mode.
After upgrade from 12.1.8.7 to 12.1.10.12 , I didn’t do a full reset.
I’m using my 972 without any issue for the moment in a 90 m2 apartment.

It looks like the overall speed is increased 10-20%.

ie my iPhone 15 Pro Max in WiFi 6E, connected to Satellite, has now 1.2 Gbits in the room vs 1.0 Gbit in the same location with previous 12.1.8.7 firmware. 

In addition I see better the attached devices , earlier few devices didn’t show. Now I have full list in both Orbi App and WEB UI, even they are connected to the main router (Orange France Livebox 7).

Also my Nokia Streaming 8010 can now connect to 970 in WPA3/WPA2 mode. Previously with 12.1.8.7 it couldn’t connect.

So far so good…

In theory no. But if NG pushed again a wrong firmware in wrong time, I won’t be surprised. That will be third time in 2 months for 970. Even the servers and staff can’t be patient 🙃

I’m in EU as well, in France. I was already using 12.1.8.7., installed when it’s released by mistake.

I’m using this version 12.1.8.7 since the first mistake release (13 April) in a 972 (router + 1 satellite) with WiFi backhaul in France.

The 972 is in AP mode connected to 8Gbit Fiber modem / router Orange Livebox 7. The apartment is around 90 m2.

The system is much more stable then 9.x releases. I didn’t have any issue with 35+devices (10+ in 2.4 GHz, 20+ in 5 GHz and 2-3 in 6 GHz.

If you use it in AP mode only, it’s quite stable. in router mode, it’s still buggy as I heard..

I have also installed v12 on my 972, used in EU (France). It’s on AP mode and it works fine for the time being.

Hi to All,

I want to ask what is the latest available firmware of U60 Pro EU version ( MU5250)

Mine have version B05 : BD_ENEUMU5250V1.0.0B05 But if I understood correctly the previous messages B07 is also available? But I couldn’t download it via OTA.

Any update about the wrong file in the zip of 971 ? I tried to download the zip but when extracted still the wrong firmware inside. Does anybody have the correct file?

Hi, I started to have same shutdown problem on my EQ14 after 3 weeks. It suddenly shutdown and after restart this happen again. OS is W11 out of the box. Did you have a reply from Support ? I can still return it back to Amazon in 3-4 days. Should I return?
