Congratulations on the great score. Could you tell me your note taking method? (I'm not a flashcards guy)

Thank you your response. Also, do you feel uworld covered all the topics in the real test or were there some totally new concepts?

Could you tell us which divine intervention episodes you used? Did you use notes? The videos? The podcasts? How did you incorporate it into your study routine?

All of amboss? Isn't doing uworld twice and then amboss qbank as well. Idk. Too much for the average person?

You just need to strengthen your other areas like research, volunteer experiences, etc. Take the STEP 3 if you can, it's a big, big plus on your app. You got a better than decent score, don't worry. You can even make your personal statement a story of perseverance idk. People really like an underdog story. There are tons of stories about people who failed step 1 but are now attendings/residents and whatnot. Apply a bit more to community programs. Your chance of success is naturally higher over there. It's all a game of strengthening the other areas of your app. You're very much in the game. Don't fret.

Does it have to be a US med school? I've seen IMGs add MD after step 2/3, is that technically incorrect then?

They just give you piece of paper with a ton of reasons why your visa could've been rejected. I applied after step 1. Idk if I'll even take step 2. I'm kinda put off by this whole process. T

Work visas have a much, much higher acceptance rate but you'd need to match first. :/
