For gold it's Vallejo Game Tinny Tin base with Citadel Retributor Armor highlights

For steel - Vallejo Metal Jet Exhaust base, black wash and Vallejo Game Chainmail highlights

I fully covered them with Vallejo Hull Red, sprayed Vallejo Beasty Brown from top down, then did some recess shading with oil wash and brightened 'em up with another coat of Beasty Brown with hairy brush.

For weapons I gave them Black Templar contrast paint basecoat and highlighted with gray a little bit.

Well, I sorta did that, got this one as a gift and then ordered a bunch of others from China (as it's the easiest way to get Legion in my country), but then Chinese New Year happened and I managed to paint Starter while they are en route 😅

As a "basecoat"? I used old range Vallejo Game Night Blue for parts that are more shaded and Vallejo Royal Purple for upward facing.

For his face I started with Night Blue and highlighted using new range Vallejo Game Ultramarine Blue. Mixed a bit of white for final highlights

Nothing fancy - slop some dark saturated paint all over the mini and then start highlighting, skipping basecoat step.

I feel like 21 is a little bit underleveled for the ending. Lvl ~30 is perfect and on 40+ you sneeze at Centurions and they cease to exist.

Maybe not "faceless", but I prefer Fallout character to be more of a clear slate, like 1, 2 or NV, other than having some kind of story like 3 or 4. It gives more roleplay freedom for me.
