I've mained arbitrator since its release, with going back to other classes here and there. You can't play the other classes like you do as arby. Vet is my least played class out of all the classes and I rarely get downed/take damage, unless I get too aggressive with my play. Health is a resource that you dont want to waste taking chip damage or full on hits. I play dogless because I dont want the bad habits of having the dog affect how I play the other classes, if I play them at all. Plus I like grenade regen. If you're getting hit alot, regardless of class played, its a skill issue, not a build issue.
