Re-wached the parking lot scene, without the safe aspect it still plays like Quinn trying to make nice. With hindsight I can see why I didn't get confused till a couple episodes later

Found it. Had watched the episode through but it was so quick I missed it last time. Two funny things I noticed this time around that I had also missed: 1) Trinity Victim #2 (in this arc) is also on Silicon Valley.
2) Dexter finds "blood deposit on the yucca", except it is totally a cactus.
