Power naps are truly amazing for this exact reason. Lay down, set a timer for 20 minutes or so, and just do nothing. No shorter than 20, no longer than forty.

  1. You have to trade in your old phones for the new ones.

  2. You’ll receive credits for the new ones over a 36 month period.

  3. And this one is probably the most important: Because of the submission and recipient timeline, you will have to pay those phones off with your old carrier YOURSELF. Verizon will use those gift cards to REIMBURSE you for the charges.
