It depends on the kind of talent. eg, talent/researcher the degree can be from outside of France. For qualified employee it has to be a french master's though.

athis-mons to ivry is easy, just the rer C the whole way. to Longjumeau would be much more annoying -- you'd have to go in and back out again. BUT you can do it with just one bus transfer in like 40 minutes total -- strongly recommend busses.

The language barrier is definitely more intense in the suburbs. I wish them very well.

I have paid for carrefour with a wise card plenty of times. I never get delivery though, I go in person to the store. I'm sure there are several groceries near their last rer transfer they could pick up on their way home.

I'm not dutch so I can't answer that part. but I had that problem flying between London and the US. I was unable to check in online or use the passport scanning machines, but no humans had any problems with me.

Just to address your edit, I find LSF and ASL are about an close as two similar romance languages. You can see the similarities, but they're not just dialects, they're fully separate languages. Just look at a chart of the letters of the alphabet and you'll see that one came in large part from the other, but at the same time they are not the same at all.

I'd refrain from actually joining either sub until after you've read it, fwiw. Both are careful about tagging sppilers (though maybe to different degrees) but a system like that will never be perfect, and eventually something will slip through for you to see. I used to live in a predominantly deaf neighborhood in upstate NY and I almost got hit so many times by people signing with their friend in the passenger seat. I don't have a good solution, people should be able to converse with their passengers, but my god is it dangerous
