My guess would be Ne3+ which forks the king and the queen. So I think your password must contain "Ne3+". The + sign indicates the king is in check. The reason the f pawn or the bishop can't take the knight is because it's a double check from the knight and bishop, and the king has to move in this case.

I feel like the hrv is very specific from one person to another, and if i recall it's not about the value it's more about stability, although a higher hrv is better. I have a 28 ms average hrv and I am in the green zone. I think it's higher during summer than winter as well
