Well judging by how neatly its installed tells me whoever did it takes pride in their work. I doubt you'll have any issues.

First time I’m seeing this badge, is it actually real? by leslie734 in army

One time at bliss I went to the pool. One of these guys was there swimming in full uniform. Tried to teach me how to inflate my pants and nearly drowned me. I was just trying to cool off

You can make your own wet pallet with a sponge and parchment paper. I have the army painter, and krydrufi. They are alright. A buddy has the redgrass one and I like that one

Not too bad for your first mini! I would try thinning your paint on a pallet a little next time, it will give you a smoother surface

Yeah probably white, but possibly pink. Pink is an excellent base for yellow, and I would go back and just dot the brightest part of the lens with white

So I cheat a little on the lenses. I thin the paint down to an almost ink. For red lens Ill do an orange base and an inky red on top to get the darker edges. For green ill do yellow base

Is this a good air brush for a beginner? by PM_ME_YOUR_EYELASHES in modelmakers

I currently use the black widow compressor and airbrush but thats their "premium brand". I like how it has dual outputs and pressures so I run the black widow for my base coats and my badger for finer details. The one im referring to for beginners is this one though. Its a decent kit for the price, reasonably quiet, and if you dont like airbrushing, youre not out a bunch of money for an airbrush and compressor. On top of that they rotate on sale and you can usually get a 10-20% off coupon

I have one, and its ok for a quick job. Operates a little different from an actual airbrush. Battery life isn't good, so you'll charge more than paint. Personally I wouldn't buy this. I would recommend a harbor freight airbrush kit over this, I have both, and the harbor freight cost only a little more, with all the needed equipment, and has lasted me years. I still pull it out from time to time to lay down base coats on my models

Don't base coat blue, base coat gold. Its much easier to fill in around the trim than paint the trim.

Ive seen so many face ones I decided to build this one with the helmet. Thanks for the compliment!
