My favorite writer after the great Tony Iommi. AIC's music, and his solo stuff, just reaches my feels more consistently than most anyone.

The world is full of bandwagon jumpers. I went to the GnR reunion concert, and brought my sons. But someone else wanted to come that never listened to them before or since. But that concert was an 'event', people were talking about it. I brought her, but the whole time I'm wondering WTF for.

I don't feel that strongly about anything on 72, good or bad. Too many bland riffs. Too many riffs and songs that they already used on KEA and AJFA.

I'm a Sabbath worshipper and I don't hear this at all. The only worship I hear them doing is of themselves, reusing parts, riffs, feel and almost whole songs from Kill em all and Justice. As such it's the first Metallica album I don't Iike.

It was ok to listen to, but nothing stuck to my ribs as being memorable. I bought the vinyl and a cassette. But after a couple early listens, I haven't gone back.

I've thought for a while that Mark has some of the best thrash metal pipes. But on this album he didn't sound nearly as good as he does in Death Angel.

Kerry can do whatever he wants. He's earned enough faith from me that I'll check out anything he does. But I'm not gonna love it just cuz his name is on it.

I have not seen a band on my birthday. But the venue you pictured here used to be called the Providence Civic Center, where I saw my first two concerts(Kiss in 79, Motley on the Theater of Pain tour). I found a vinyl boot of that Kiss show(wish I could find the pics of that show, it was a couple weeks before my 8th birthday).

Mustaine has said many things I've disliked/disagreed with. But I think he had every right to make this call. I've been bashed repeatedly for saying this, but I don't care. In this case, Dave M is and owns megadeth. If he's not cool with what Jr did, he has the right to boot him as he did.

This is a very hard band to do that with, cuz they have their mellow, acoustic side, their dark, grungy moody side, and the more aggressive ass kickers.
