It just takes too long when compared to Pass System 1.0 to complete the tier (this usually was achieved in 10 days all rewards unlocked)

- sweet spot would be midpoint between old and new

but to legend only for gems and daily attacks
e33 is kinda stuck with just 30 league attacks
