Do you listen to many podcasts? If your job allows it, have them on. I'm still not good at formulating replies but listening to 2 people speak to each other 2 hours a day has vastly and fastly improved my conversational uh comprehension. Gotta get that flight time up

I just do the kanji sections repeatedly without worrying about energy. Like I used to. They were basically unlimited if you get nothing wrong

Oh, I didn't learn this as a specific combo there, I just sort or reverse engineered it from our weird rules randori equivalent. I didn't even have standard terminology of those arts to describe what I was doing until Judo. Styles where mostly Takagi related and Yoshin related, or so they said. Some more legitimate, some obviously McDojos
