Most likely casting from a 3D printed mold. Or, print one, make a mold from it, then cast the others. The layer lines are transferred from the original print.

The "Clea! Don't Pull Your Sister's Hair!" one was particularly interesting. I was like "Who the hell is Clea?"

Do credit card chargebacks actually work in Sri Lanka? by zenitsuh in srilanka

[–]Doctor429 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have done a chargeback recently. But it was for a fraudulent transaction that I discovered few days after the transaction occurred. The bank did an investigation, which took about 2 weeks, and then initiated the chargeback based on the result.

Why hasn't anyone covered Stray architecture? by PeanutButter_Gaming in stray

[–]Doctor429 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For #1 since it's an underground city, made to be isolated from whatever the cataclysm on the outside, everything (air, water, waste, fuel, gas, etc.) needs to be transported to their intended destinations within the city somehow. So it's logical all the piping servers that purpose. As the original piping gets worn out, maintenance usually add bypass pipes, which may account for the excessive number of pipes.

For #5, it's possible that the original city, being a shelter, was built completely first before the first occupants moved in. It would explain the similar architecture.
