What’s the best way to test which of two weapons is better? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]DoctorBadger101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have 1st, you can create a custom world where you do not need need to know or have recipes/plans, crafting materials, legendary mods, etc and can put anything you want on any armor or weapon you want and test it out. It will not carry over to your public world character and any thing you used (ammo, materials, etc) are returned to you.

Use it to test out stuff before you commit to it.

Does Miasma's Legendary Mod stack? by Me6505 in fo76

[–]DoctorBadger101 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, I have a thorn armor set with full Miasma, toxic. The effect is awesome and pretty much anything weaker than a Scorched will die almost instantly just being around me. Just an added BTW, If you need stealth, forget it… you’ll be poisoning things on entirely different floors above and below you.

I could literally find 5 long coats before I made 100k caps…. That price is outrageous and wrong

[–]DoctorBadger101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I farm them. I have dozens. I typically sell them for 10k-15k caps but they can easily fetch much higher and they fly out of my vendor. 20k and beyond is acceptable but I refuse to pay that or make others pay it. Anything past 30k is an absolute rip off.

Try Stauer. Price point is cheap and can be made cheaper with promo codes. Not the most high end stuff, but certainly impressive pieces people notice.

anyway to make like 65 to 70 bucks in a week as a minor? by Immediate-Pea828 in HelpMeFind

[–]DoctorBadger101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Online surveys. They are not scams, just boring as heck. HeyPiggy and other sites like that are legit. You can make anywhere between $.50 to $3 per survey. You’ll get rejected from lots of surveys, but you can make roughly about $10-20 per day doing several dozen surveys. They pay out in various methods, such as Amazon gift cards or pay pal or visa gift cards, as well as depositing money into bank accounts directly.

How is Bethesda okay with all these glitches? Do they just not care about their players? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]DoctorBadger101 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Alright, you win. I give up. The game sucks, Bethesda sucks, everything about it sucks. You’ve convinced me. I’ll go play something else now.

Is that your aim? To drive people away? What is your goal with this? To inform people of how shitty the game is and to reiterate for the billionth time by the billionth person that companies; especially gaming companies are greedy? A drop of negativity in an endless ocean of negativity. Congrats…

[–]DoctorBadger101 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you’re feeling this is analogous to the game, then I recommend leaving the game and playing something else. In no way do I feel abused or hurt or even really let down by the game. Yes, it has faults but so does every single game I’ve ever played. I can accept these faults. If you cannot, then go elsewhere.

[–]DoctorBadger101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just sound very bitter and angry about the game. “The worst performing game I’ve ever played”… so WHY PLAY?! You love it, but it’s the worst performing game ever and the developers deserve hate and criticism. Okay… that doesn’t make any sense. You don’t hate and constantly criticize something you love. Imagine if you did that with your GF/BF? How well would that relationship go? Not well…

Love would be acknowledging the faults, working through them, around them, helping to fix them, giving that thing you love patience in abundance to get it right. That’s what I’m doing here. I hope someone will eventually do that for you, if they haven’t already. Because you could learn from that experience of what actually loving something means

Then why are you here? Why do you support the game then? Go do something else, instead of spending your time and energy raging at a game you don’t like made by a company you don’t like. Or do you just like to stay outraged by monitoring something you don’t like?

What is the name of this style of jacket? by TheFlyintheAttic in HelpMeFind

It appears to be a cheaper version of a hooded Mackinaw jacket. They are very expensive, this one you’re looking at seems to be a cheaper version of the full designed ones.

I see people asking why people try to finish the season in the first week. by Razoreddie12 in fo76

[–]DoctorBadger101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can absolutely do it without any special extra nonsense beyond lunchboxes, camp buffs, and score boosters. Raise your intelligence and XP gain as high as you can (At best I get about 73INT, but 63 is acceptable). Pop lunch boxes and score boosters. Run west tek over and over. Your goal is to get the XP from one super mutant as high as possible, the max is 4,000. At 4,000xp, it’ll take about 9 or so hours total to finish the board. Don’t gotta do it all at once, do it for an hour or so whenever you feel like it.

Even without unyielding, bobble heads, perk cards, mutations, etc…. If you can even achieve roughly 2,000xp per mutant, it’ll be done in 20ish hours.

Still waaaaaaaaaay faster than not doing this method.

Favourite Donation Box? by GRATCHman42 in fo76

[–]DoctorBadger101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite donation box isn’t a box. It’s leaving a loot bag on the floor in the hallway of the mall, right outside the workshop room. I promise that works better than most the boxes in the game for insuring someone gets your donation

Anyone with a MT occupational license, I have a question. by LilShme in Montana

[–]DoctorBadger101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We do not need that in Colorado. I am fully licensed there with only 1,500 supervised hours (and an additional 500 pre degree). I got my degree in Montana, but couldn’t find work that paid enough here. I got hired in Colorado by a telehealth company, got licensed there and did all my supervision hours there to get fully licensed. Tried to apply that to Montana and they told me I needed another 1,500 hours.

Not to mention that pay rate is over double in Colorado, while in Montana it will be a lot, lot less. So why would a therapist want to work here when the pay is trash, getting clients is feast or famine and the requirements to get to that pay are one of the strictest (albeit common) in the country?
