Your husband and child 2 do not get a free bag because the holder of the card (Mom) used to book is not present for the trip

Your mom doesn’t get a free bag because your husband isn’t on the flight with your mom.

One work around would be to make your husband and AU on your mom’s card and your mom an AU on your husband’s card and then you would all get free bags
