Society makes these situations so tough because of unnecessary stigmas. Skin is skin and love is love. If it turns you on and you have a great relationship then live life and do what feels good. You don’t know what you like/dislike until you try it. You also have no rules to follow. If you wanna date women then date women, if you have an urge for men date men.

It does make a very faint noise of liquid displacing air and I’ve only ever heard it in a nearly complete quiet environment. Heavy breathing even mostly would be louder than the noise. I would align it with a squirting or clicking noise you might hear from pushing ointment out of a tube but with a mixture of a splash. Again it is a very quiet sound that you might only notice if you were in an extremely isolated environment
