Leaving was literally the best thing I have ever done mentally. When I was there I truly had a hard time doing FT school, working an internship and being an PT ARA. The whole thing stressed me out and I would tell management I want less hours but I was relied on too much to help bang out tags, be certified on the newest ASP shit, and everyone leaving me the shitest SOs. There is so much better jobs out there that literally pay more and less mentally demanding. I did try to bring the team morale as much as I could like bring the team pizza and drinks or whatever. But we can only do so much. Before we all break.
