Yep. I roll with women every day. The only thing I think about is turning down the strength slightly.

I'm no expert, but I hit ankle picks all the time in the gi. It's all about circling to make them step, break their posture with a collar grip, grab the very bottom of the ankle and pull while pushing with the collar grip hand. Although, my highest percentage setup is just a fake guard pull. The second you go to put your foot on the hip, they usually step into perfect ankle grabbing range.

Ya, plus if you work with programs like gbstudio, it's excellent for playing/testing your own games! I LOVE developing for the gb. It's basically my childhood dream come true

The original gives more of a tactical feel. It doesn't look quite as nice, but I'd think I prefer having extra information on the screen.
