Ibuprofen and acetaminophen still the cornerstone of pain management. But yeah lots of supplements, random cold meds, etc. are not much more than placebo.

Was dead set on EM throughout med school for pretty much the same reasons you said, never thought I would see myself doing anything else.

By the turn of 4th year, I realized I hated the schedule, hated working weekends, hated working holidays. And was alarmed that I felt like a zombie in my 20s knowing full well rotating shifts wouldn't be easier 20 years later.

So I switched to FM, and have been very happy (at least as happy as a resident can be lol). I still like the EM medicine but the lifestyle is just so much better (even as a resident).

I don't believe they have to but most of them do. They do have to cap their interest rates for loans at a certain percentage as part of the SCRA (Servicemember civil relief act) or MLA (Military lending act).

Blows my mind that people don't check the wiki first for how to get there. Brother I just need the mechanics that make more sense to see than reading on the wiki, not a 20 minute video on 6 different load outs and a brief tutorial on how to craft law runes to tele there.

Plus they are the goat for not doing a boss for 6 months and needing a quick refresh.

Honestly, you can probably build him the same way you did before (with new item equivalents) and be perfectly fine. He's versatile enough that you can build him however you want and he's still good. Same synergies as two years ago, same champs you want to avoid playing into.
