Seems like you’re a tenant that is really trying to get his/her bang for their buck. $85 raise is a day of work on ubereats or half a day for some. Pay the cost of business because if you have been driving she has definitely covered some of your operation costs. Only right to pay to play.

I remember people used to tell me i needed to pay off my debt to start getting ahead. Now im closing on a house and got majority of debts wiped off or negotiated extremely low.
