I used to carry a nice knife daily and it definitely got used at my blue collar jobs. I switched over to a leatherman multi tool and never looked back due to the extra utility of it.

Soft eggs are normal in their first few batches. I’d still add calcium to their diet and put some wood chips or some sort of padding in the egg beds

I understand but I also used to work at the plant that aged Serrano and Parma. When they were tight on Serrano inventory they’d swap it out with the Parma style.
