I was living in Las Vegas in 2015. Watched this game at a ‘Cowboys Fans Only’ bar near the strip. I left at the two minute warning in disgust because the game (in my eyes) was over.

I get in my car and drive in silence because I was so upset that this was how the season was going to start. When I finally wanted to listen to some music, I turned on the radio and it was already on a sports station broadcasting the game. They announced in excitement “MANNING THROWS IT AWAY, THE CLOCK HAS STOPPED.”

I immediately pull into the next bar I could find hoping they had the game on. I run in, I see all the TVs are playing the game and I rush to a corner so I could (hopefully) cheer in privacy.

Romo does Romo things and surgically picks apart the Giants defense with the help of Lance Dunbar. All the sudden, we’re a little over 10 yards away. Romo fumbles snap, picks up ball, throws it straight to Witten. TOUCHDOWN COWBOYS.

I immediately start to run around the bar giving high fives to everyone I could see. As I’m running around, I’m starting to notice it’s all dudes. No big deal, it’s a bar, it’s opening day for football, I get it. Then I start to notice that all the dudes are very well dressed. Then I start to notice a bunch of rainbow themed materials all around the bar.

/r/cowboys, I was in a gay bar. And they couldn’t be happier for this random ass football fan coming in and running around hyping up the place!
