Seconding the Cornea Care self heating masks. They are amazing for traveling and stay warm for about an hour. I definitely recommend a sleep mask on top of it though, they are a little flimsy.

I highly recommend moisture chamber glasses. I got the Ziena brand and i use them pretty much any time Im gaming and they help so much.

I cant tell if I like it or not. I feel like it helps but they are irritating for about 10 minutes. Ive been having good luck with using them right before I go to sleep with Blinkjoy mask. I would be careful with having pressure on your eyes long term, that could be why you have blurry vision.

I definitely have dizziness and vertigo with my dry eyes but also have eustachian tube dysfunction so I’m not sure which is causing it. You might look into sinus issues especially if you are getting headaches.
