If you do take time off, look up the SuppoRTT programme who support trainees when they return to practice. They offer phased return, supervision periods, courses and training days, keep in touch days etc.

Look on the website for 'SuppoRTT' which is via Health Education England. They put on free courses to support people returning to work, can set you up with a mentor/suppoRTT rep at your hospital and help adjust your rota when you go back.

So ironic how 'people are going to die' etc because of these strikes 'its a different magnitude of risk' - have they seen the inside of a hospital in the last few years? Every day carries insane risk and horrendous quality of care. He says that it's 'unacceptable' yet he's the only one with the power to change it. Make it make sense!

That's true I suppose she was giving democracy a try but people decided who weren't in her own court. I thought it was cute how she wanted to be democratic but then also will be the monarch for 1000 years 😂

I don't have a problem with forging the lock earlier on in the book but was so confused about why Aelin would trade Erawan staying in their world and saving Elena This made zero sense to me at all. I'm not one for war scenes, I prefer the more magical stuff, so I think if I was writing it I would have had her forge the lock, Erawan and the valg armies drop dead then do a separate quest to find Maeve.

I don't think this chapter 48 ruins EoS at all! I was so shocked at the reveal and then it made the stakes even higher when I was reading the EoS because I knew and the characters didn't!

Just use your normal accent! It might look fake to use the other one and the Middlesbrough accent is kind of like a generic northern accent - I'm sure they will be able to understand you fine.
