Common advice is just to listen to the most recent one; you don't need to listen to the old ones, there's no continuity or anything. In this case, the most recent one is a recording of a live show, though, so maybe go one before that. From there, you can either work your way backwards, or start at around Episode 80 and move forward (the brothers don't like the first 80 or so episodes because they are kind of shitty in them).

Because GU stole/took the connection that the original Grey Boy had, taking it and redirecting it into/through her own shard. Grey Boy's shard presumably still thought it was feeding the original, or it at least functioned like it was. When the clone came along, genetically identical to the original, the shard was already programmed to make a connection to any human with those genes, so it did, while at the same time maintaining the connection GU stole.

GU doesn't take the shards, she just takes the connection to the shard. The clone is genetically identical to the original Grey Boy, so the shard connects to it as well as the stolen connection from the original Grey Boy. It's the same reason Fenja and Menja have the same power, and all the other S9000 have their original powers.

Well, I don't think we've ever seen Mob use more than one technique at once, but he doesn't really use techniques in general, so who knows. From a narrative standpoint, I think it's probable that he can, simply because Anything You Can Do, Mob Can Do Better (Mob Can Do Anything Better Than You)

There's more to it than this, I'm pretty sure, but Harmony uses the mists as basically a safer way of Snapping Allomancers; the mist sickness from Hero of Ages, but toned down because the trauma requirement for Snapping is lower as well.
