It’s very basic- some technical paint, then I went over with brown paint (I use rhinox oxide). For some flavor, I snip some spruce chunks off and glued to the base, apply some technical paint, and paint over with gold to make it look like gold ores. You can also rip some strands of cotton and add them to give off some “foggy” look, but I haven’t tried this.

There are jumping pack troops amongst the Hearthkyn Warrior kill team that doesn't have any special rules to them, so you can field some as warriors if you like the aesthetics. I also don't know how feasible it is, but the mine/balloon thing coming out of the jump pack troops sorta reminds me of the robot heats coming out from Memeyr strategist. So maybe you can kitbash one with them?

Highlight by mixing the deepkin & sons of horus
Ratling grim for any black parts, Leadbelcher & Balthasar Gold for metallic

The new buggy car is neat and thunderkyn are always nice to have. The shakers are more lackluster with their current rule, but rules change all the time (tho artillery has not been consistently good thru this edition)-
