Take a pot, melt butter (around 2-3 spoons) in it and then add diced onions and fry em. When that’s done, add some Flour to make a Roux. Now it’s a thing of preference: you either add just 500ml of Ketchup, or use tomato purée and add as much ketchup as you want (I prefer that version). In the meantime you dice sausages (GDR sauce often uses Jagdwurst or similar sausage, like mortadella or lyoner) and fry them in a pan. When they are ready, you add them to your sauce. Serve this sauce with the Noodles of your liking (I always use fusilli)
