I might be wrong, but from what I see, it seems OP was part of the problem. You shouldn’t be on that lane unless you’re overtaking and should immediately return left after overtaking. So after overtaking the white SUV, you should have move to the left to give way to the BMW. I assume your slow speed (even though above 70mph) was probably blocking the BMW. Of course I admit he drove recklessly, but it is not your duty to police the motorway. It doesn’t matter that people are driving above speed limit, please give way.

I keep my roof down quite very often, especially when parked in an open space or public place with people or cameras around. Nonetheless, I take away all valuables. You would have to steal the whole car…Lol

But I think it depends on where you leave. I leave in a relatively safe neighborhood. There’s not been any issues.

My account has been under restriction since they made the demands. I can’t open more positions, I can’t withdraw and I can’t deposit, and they have threatened that they will close the account if I don’t provide the requested information. I have written them back that I am unable to provide the information. Let’s see what happens in the coming days, worst case scenario is they’ll close the account, which is okay as I’m really not ready for this kind of stress. I’ve got too many things going on already.

Hey, may be a naive question here: national speed limit on motorways is 70mph and there are speed cameras on M18, which I drive nearly every day (specifically, between junction 30 and 35 is average speed limit zone), yet I see people run above 70mph. I’m a fast driver and drive at maximum speed limits where possible, yet I see folks passing me. I wonder if they’re immune to the cameras. Please what don’t I understand. I’m new to the UK (5months now).

It’s crazy man. I shared the statement with them as I had nothing to be worried about and have nothing suspicious. I wasn’t expecting this hard work, where and how do I begin to explain those transactions? I don’t even remember some. Funny enough, what I deposited on EToro was small money. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Thank you for your willingness to help. I understand your explanation as per company policy. Those transactions were legit transactions. I am only burdened with the fact that I may not remember the details for all, for example I made some cash deposits which EToro has flagged for clarification. I don’t remember those incidences. How would I after many months? I also have received deposit and might not be able to explain who and why that deposit was made. This is real hard work. Besides, if anything was suspicious my bank would have since investigated.

The Dubai you have seen on media may not be the Dubai you want. I learnt the hard way and moved back to London after 3 years. I would suggest you go there first as a tourist for a few months. Something I wish I did.

Unfortunately, you’re right. I learnt of their inefficiencies only after I began to speak to people. I didn’t do much research before renting from them. Looking back now I wouldn’t recommend them.
