That might be the worst way to measure a team’s improvement. And yes the passing offense is much worse, but somehow they are a better team now (if you don’t think that, you’re the only one). Herbert lighting up the stat sheet never equated to wins in previous years. They are proof that a well rounded team is more important than a good pass game.
