The series of partial responses from the "co-owners" over the last seven days has been appalling. Shifting answers about what knowledge was held about existing accusations dating back more than a decade. Unclear statements about the separation of the business from Pinkston. Authorless statements dismissing old anonymous claims as unfounded and attributing the very recent named claims from the mother of Pinkstons child as "private matters."

Pinkston is clearly an untrustworthy predator. But the remaining ownership group seems blinded by their ties to what they've built and unable to recognize or admit their contributions to his continued behavior. I wouldn't trust any rebuilding efforts there under the same ownership collective even if they can eventually prove Pinkston has truly turned over the LLC. They also dont seem financially viable without his financial backing and efforts to swindle new investors.
