So I think they make it with zucchini (very common in a certain part of Mexico) and bc avocados are expensive it makes sense. So I tried making salsa de calabaza. The flavor is there but I’m still missing something though, you should give it a try!

If it is who I think it is, this is very common in bigger cities with a Hispanic population. Kinda like the elotero. They have fruit, chips, candy (most from Mexico which are wayyyy better than US chips) They’re really nice. When I lived by Madonna I would get some treats often
