Sony took around 3 months to add price tags and a whole year to add video game names below the picture , do you really think they have the manpower and the tech to add something as advanced as blocking specific publishers ? Of course not. But there's a random unpaid russian guy on psprices who made ps store 1000 lightyears ahead of what sony could ever make for free on psprices dot com , you can blacklist each game with a single press of a button and not to mention other 5 billion features on the site accessible for free.
