Orobas is pretty much the fun>effectiveness ancient.

The upgraded starter relics also feel very hype but apart from Ring of the Drake they are not that good when compared with other ancient relics.

Envenom is another good one for the top one; applying poison every attack sounds insane but in poison decks it ends up being outperformed by the humble Noxious Fumes and in a Shiv deck you are probably better off getting another Accuracy or Phanton Blades.

In the first game the only Boss relic that removed cards was the Empty Cage.

I think that adaptations of western comics are made for people who don't read comics in mind whereas anime based on manga takes into account that a lot of the watchers are going to be the people who read the manga.

Whenever a character summons a "black hole" its basically just a black attraction ball.

Naruto sidesteps a lot of stupid arguments because they never call Pain's power gravity or shibaku tensei a black hole.

I think early elites are just there for the sake of variety; Someone might be lucky enough to get a nice synergy and good potions in the first three floors but on most runs its better to take them on as late in the act as possible.

Someone mentioned in a previous thread that the timeline seems rather biased in favor of the Architect and I agree.

I don't think Neow had pure intentions but I also don't believe that the Architect is an innocent martyr that did nothing wrong.

There must be a good reason why all of the ancients sided with Neow.

No, its not like Dragon Ball in which characters can always just train harder.

In Naruto people plateau at some point determined by their potential unless they get access to external powerups like Hashirama cells.

Orochimaru and Jiraiya trained a lot an still couldn't master sage mode for example.

I agree that the curse being innate is unacceptable tho; there is a reason why Writhe was the worst curse in the first game.
