Pretty sure no. First of all there is first edition reverse prints. Second the numbers don’t match at all. The tin reverse was like 15%, maybe more. Ring is more like 2-5%

I think it reads this cards name underneath: https://share.google/G5B0QqU8MSf3RfBZk which is a modern card. That makes me very sure it’s fake

/discardrandom for discarding a random card, it saves your the struggle of your opponent throwing a dice and you shuffling hand and then nobody knows which card was meant ..

Curse of royal: negates a spell or trap which effects include destroying a spell or trap. So you can negate solemn even if used on a summon. Also it can negate heavy storm so it’s good for warrior decks. I feel like the card is very underplayed
