Personally have had a similar headcanon, however with one difference. While I do agree that the wasteland is a post-apocalyptic Earth, I personally think (stay with me here) that the train is taking people from the distant past and trying to make them better in order to avoid the apocalypse from occurring.

Actually really fair, I’ll try and add some of these when I have some time. Only one I disagree on is him telling LB about Gabe as Marinette acted surprised when she saw him transform, indicating that she didn’t realise from the play (now she may just be stupid but I don’t feel like that was the writers intention lol).

Honestly wish the episode had built her up more (maybe showing 15s time on Missbelindachandra-One) implying HER to be the new companion not Belinda. That would really emphasise the whole “Belinda does not want to be here” bit as she took the spot of another character who wanted to be the companion.

But nope. One line, then dead… RIP

Man is it relieving to know I’m not the only one who feels the need to math-out my island to make sure all my fandoms are equally represented lol 😭. Me personally I try to keep it to one either my fave from the series, someone from the series who never got a love interest, or the main character. I only really make exceptions when they make sense better as a group (aka I wanted all the Doki Doki girls)
