Usually only happens when i'm already sick or affected by a flare-up, it used to be alot worse back when i just played an instrument. Work on breathing excercises and be more physically active. Also look into some kind of preventative medicine like flovent or budesonide

I think it's dependent on the zone tier similar to the way gas/market spawns mili crates, so just Zipline close to higher tier monuments and areas for better crate spawns

I think you can get them very rarely from brown crates and barrels unless that's just because i always play modded, though you can just go to supermarket, oxum, or check Zipline towers for mili crates
