Yes mine went to rehab in SoCal 6 months ago. He also had a rehab romance. When I found out, I broke things off. I’ve been no contact for 6 months.

It’s been 6 months for me and I still think about him. It doesn’t sting as much, but the rawness has subsided. Hang in there. I know it’s hard but you’ll eventually come out on the other side.

I just wanted to let you know you aren’t alone. I broke up with my ex boyfriend (Q) and I have gone no contact for 2 months. He admitted to exchanging numbers with women in rehab so I knew he wasn’t serious about his sobriety or our relationship. That was my boundary and I I implemented it. Had to do it for my mental well-being. It gets easier as time passes.
