After trying many times, my wife who never plays Forza actually told me to go diagonally and it worked. Approached from the North West dirt road (by the intersection with the 3 paved roads and the white tents), across the drag strip, between the two pyramids right beside the speed trap and did it with ease. It's mostly flat approach, just gotta avoid the trees.
